Terms & Conditions
All entries are due online no later than 11:59 p.m., Monday, August 31st, 2026.
Membership for the 2026 year is $11.00 per person.
The membership fee can be paid and entry tags picked up when you drop off your Exhibit Hall entries beginning Thursday, Septmber 3rd, 3-8 pm, Friday September 4th, from 3-8 pm as well as Saturday, September 5th from 8:00 am-10 am.
Entry tags will not be mailed. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THAT OPTION. Judging will be on Saturday, September 5, 2026. For anyone having problems entering online, help will be available in the Fair Office on Thursday and Friday, no entries will be made on Saturday morning.
PLEASE OBSERVE ONE-WAY TRAFFIC when you drop off your exhibits:
Come in the Front Gate, and leave by the back gate behind the Market Building.
By entering a competition, the exhibitor agrees to allow a photograph of their exhibit to be part of any promotional activities related to the competition.
Livesock entries are due no later than 11:59 pm on Sunday, August 31st.
The entry / movement manifest form for Cattle, Sheep and Swine is availabe online.
Entry fees for Horses are listed in the prize book, and may be paid at the horse show office.
Beef cattle must be on the grounds before 10 a.m. on Sunday, and Dairy cattle by 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
The Light Horse Show is Sunday, the Hunter-Jumper Show on Monday.
Poultry must be in cages by 12 noon on Saturday.
Rabbits must be in cages by 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
All Sheep, Goats, and Swine are to be in pens by 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Poultry, Rabbits, and small animals must remain until 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
Upon making an Entry, the Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Hymers Agricultural Society, its members, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to, all operations performed by or carried out by the Exhibitor, his/her agents, employees, or servants, or anyone for whose acts he/she may be held liable, howsoever caused.
Personal information on this entry form is collected under the privacy policy of the Hymers Agricultural Society. The information on this form will be used for payment of prize money, mailing lists and publication of winner names. By completing and submitting this form, the exhibitor consents to information being used as described.
If you decide not to enter an article that you have entered online, please let the people at the desk in the Exhibit Hall know so that the judges are not looking for an item which has not been entered.
